Stepping over LEGOs, cars or trucks, attending Taekwondo belt testings, or football games is usually where you will find Author V. Danielle McBride. She is the true definition of a “Boy Mom.”
Long before being a mom to boys and everything gross and smelly, McBride had dreams of writing. The desire to write grew from McBride’s favorite pastime of reading. Crafting vivid stories in her head, McBride desired to join the ranks of some of her favorite Authors including Maya Angelou, Harper Lee, Eric Jerome Dickey, Omar Tyree and Danielle Steele, to name a few.
In 2016, after years of practicing her author skills, McBride completed and released her first children’s book, And They’re Off. The story chronicles the adventures of two brothers, Aaron and Ashton Mason.
When she’s not reading, you’ll likely find McBride hanging with her boys taking notes for her future works.
